Registration

• Gold Sponsorship – $2,000.00
  Conference Fees Include for 1 Event:
  - Up to 4 attendees
  - Exhibit Booth at Vendor Fair
  - Logo on website, sponsorship slide show and conference materials
  - Attend the Welcome Reception the night before for more networking
• NCAHRMM Hospital Employee (Provider) Registration/Membership for Conference
  This is for hospital employees (providers) that will be ATTENDING the event. It is Free to attend and become a member of NCHARMM
• NCAHRMM Membership - Hospital Employee
  This registration is for anyone hospital employee wanting to become a member but will not be attending the Spring Event.
• NCAHRMM Sponsor membership/registration
  This is for Sponsors that will have a booth to include the names of the individuals attending the conference so we can provide the name tags.
  
  If you are not sponsoring a booth do not register here.
• Platinum Sponsorship – $3,000.00
  Conference fees include 1 Conference and the Welcome Reception the night before event:
  - Up to 6 attendees
  - Exhibit Booth with Prime Location at Vendor Fair and also Sponsor at Welcome Reception
  - Logo on Website, sponsorship slide show and conference materials
  - 5 Minute to talk about company and introduce one of our session speakers
• Silver Sponsorship – $1,500.00
  Conference Fees include for 1 conference:
  - Up to 2 attendees
  - Exhibit Booth at the Vendor Fair
  - Logo on website, sponsorship slide show and conference materials
  - Attend the Welcome Reception the night before for more networking
• Sponsor Membership Only
  You want to be a member but will not be sponsoring a booth. This does not allow you to attend the sessions or the vendor fair.
